No matter your political affiliation
Hate on both sides is ruining our nation.

There’s a lot of people just pointing the finger.
All that is doing is making hate linger.

When will the name calling on both sides end?
The hypocrisy, the grandstanding, this degrading trend.

Who will be the first, the bigger side,
To humble themselves, put away their pride?

What leader will start to bring us together
Instead of stirring the pot, all hell-bent for leather?

Where can people feel safe and protected?
Not in a nation where compassion’s rejected.

Why should we continually hate our brother?
If you claim to love Christ, you should love one another.

You would think by now that we would all understand,
That a House divided can not stand.

  1. So perfect for these times. May God help us and United’s once again as family and friends.
