Riding the Storm Out

When darkness descends
And the future is in doubt,
With the Lord’s help,
We must ride the storm out.

Waves may batter us
And toss us all about,
But with the Lord’s help,
We must ride the storm out.

Whether we stay patient
Or we scream and shout,
With the Lord’s help,
We must ride the storm out.

When tempest arise
Continuing to spout,
With the Lord’s help,
We must ride the storm out.

This too shall soon pass,
Of this there’s no doubt,
With the Lord’s help,
We will ride the storm out.
