The Four Unfortuitous Elements of Life

Air refreshes
Earth supplies
Fire forges
Water purifies

Air refreshes: brings life to what was stale
Earth supplies: gives nourishment to the frail
Fire forges: makes things combined strong
Water purifies: takes away what doesn’t belong

Air refreshes
Earth supplies
Fire forges
Water purifies

Air: to breathe, to cool, to ventilate
Earth: to grow, to forage, to recreate
Fire: to heat, to weld, to lighten the dark
Water: to cleanse, to purge, to extinguish a spark

Air refreshes
Earth supplies
Fire forges
Water purifies

Without the earth for trees to grow,
We wouldn’t have air to breathe and grow.
Without the water to quench the earth,
The heat from fire would cause such dearth.

Air refreshes
Earth supplies
Fire forges
Water purifies

Four elements all working in tandem.
Four elements not given at random.
Four elements which were all caused
By an intelligent order supplied by God.

Air refreshes
Earth supplies
Fire forges
Water purifies

All four elements masterfully combine.
All are part of God’s grand design.
