One Rainy Night(A True Story)

Driving in a sleet of rain
One night while out with friends,
I oversteered to avoid debris
Causing wild three sixty spins.

I tried to take back control,
But I soon ran out of luck.
The median came swiftly,
And so did the semi-truck!

I managed to stop quickly
Right before we horribly collided.
“I think now, someone else should drive,”
I shakingly confided.

I felt some moisture between my legs.
I looked down and smelled it too.
In all of the excitement,
I had crushed my Gulp of Dew!

A man rushed over with authority,
Although he did not look the part.
He said, “Have you been drinking?”
I said, “No, but I think I’ll start!”
